Exchange Policy

We only offer an exchange in the following cases:

  1. Defective Product – If the item has a manufacturing defect.

  2. Damaged on Arrival – If the product is received damaged.

  3. Wrong Product Received – If you receive an incorrect item.

Exchange Conditions

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Photos of the defective/damaged/wrong item must be shared for verification before approval.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team a within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Once your claim is verified, we will guide you through the exchange process.

  3. Shipping costs for sending the product back may be borne by the customer unless the mistake is on our side (wrong/damaged/defective product).

  • Items returned without prior communication will not be accepted.
